The Major Scale is the Key to Music.
Start of slowly and gradually increase speed over a period of time such as days or weeks, depending on your own development ability, it is not a race.

This exercise should be done once a day, eventually you can substitute this scale exercise for other scale exercises, such as for example, Harmonic minor, Jazz minor or Byzantine scales or such.
